SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

As the nation continues to navigate this pandemic, the United States Postal Service

reminds us that transportation availability is

limited and this could potentially cause delivery delays. I ask my customers

to please keep this in mind and I thank you so much for your patience.

If for any reason there is a change to the shipping guidelines, my website and

social media pages will be updated immediately and customers will also receive email notification.

THINGS TO KNOW

All orders are shipped USPS Priority, accompanied with a tracking number. Remember all

sales are final on personalized, sale and clearance merchandise.

Ben and K is committed to 100% satisfaction. Any non-personalized items can be returned

for store credit or exchanged within 10 days of receiving it. Item must be unworn and/or unused (in original condition, no exceptions).

Postage on returns is at customer's expense. Upon inspection if item is found to not be in original condition 

it will be returned to you. No credit or exchange will be approved.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Notify B+K by email and indicate if  item is a RETURN or EXCHANGE and list item being returned

  • Securely package item and choose shipping option that includes a tracking number

  • Return Address: Ben and K, PO Box 1628, Cordova, TN 38088

  • Store credit/exchange will be processed upon receiving your item(s) back into inventory

  • For bracelet repairs, customer must ship to B+K all parts they are able to recover (if broken)

  • We'll repair as a one time only courtesy (up to 6 months after purchase)

       customer will be invoiced for shipping cost

  • The one time courtesy repair ONLY includes re-stringing - if charms/beads need to be replaced

       customer will be invoiced that charge - PLEASE WEAR YOUR PIECE WITH CARE

 

IMPORTANT: In order to qualify for a return/exchange or repair, you must be able to

send back the charms and beads of the broken

bracelet. 

SHIPPING

Allow up to 7-10 business days for personalized items to ship and we strive

to ship ALL non-personalized items within 5 business days under

normal circumstances. After your order ships you'll receive ship notification, 

tracking number and estimated delivery date. Getting your order delivered

in a timely manner is a top priority. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates; 

in-transit delays are beyond our control.
