Ben and K is not accepting merchandise back into inventory

at this time. This measure is for the safety of all customers

and myself.

What to do if you need to return merchandise:


  • ALL custom merchandise is final sale, no exception

  • ANY return/exchange that's not the fault of Ben and K

      will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 

  • ANY return/exchange request that is of the fault

      of Ben and K will be handled by issuing full refund

      or replacing merchandise. I ask that you donate

      the item(s) you cannot use to someone who can.

      In some cases you may be asked to provide photo

      documentation to help me fairly assess the situation.

  • Even though bracelet repair requests rarely happen;

      Ben and K makes bracelet repairs as a courtesy -  

      within reason.  THIS SERVICE IS  TEMPORARILY

The answers to these questions could be different under normal circumstances

Q. Can I still place an order before May 4th?

A. Yes! Orders can still be placed, however they will not be processed to ship until May 4th.

Q: How will I know my order has shipped?

A: You will be emailed a tracking number for your shipment.

Q: What if I change my mind before my order ships?

A: As long as your order is not personalized and has not been produced you can make changes.

Q: What if I need to contact Ben and K?

A: Only shipping and pickups are impacted. I am still available for all customer service.
