RETURN FOR REFUND

You can make a return up to 30 days after your merchandise has been delivered for a full refund or store credit. Exchanges are not offered. After your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.

FOLLOW GUIDELINES TO ENSURE EFFICIENT REFUND PROCESSING

To qualify for a refund, the returned merchandise MUST be unworn, in original condition, unwashed, tags attached, no exceptions.

FULL RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging still intact; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method associated with the order number - no exceptions. If your return was received as a gift, we can only offer a store credit, otherwise the refund will be processed back to the buyer's original form of payment.

  • Personalized or any sale/discounted merchandise is NOT eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • Returns are ONLY accepted by mail. Ben and K is a fully operated online store.

  • Original shipping cost are non-refundable. 

  • Return shipping labels are not generated

  • To return for refund you must have provided your email address where your digital receipt is sent after order is placed along with the order number.

  • Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified by email if your return is approved or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days.
